blueprints

The original floor plan to the Krimleyhuck house were discovered in library storage. These plans reveal another room, which was later concealed for use on the underground railroad. Since the Krimleyhucks did not move into this house for another four decades, it is unclear whether they were even aware of this room. More recent owners renovated the house, destroying any evidence.

correspondence

An old tenemant building burned down; the causes of the fire were never determined. All that was recovered from Francis Krimleyhuck's basement room was a damaged box of correspondence. These damaged letters are drying out currently. They may prove an invaluable source if they are still legible.
